Michael Harris: The owner and president, was raised in the Dallas Metroplex area. He is a home grown Texan with integrity, honesty, commitment and drive. He is a husband and father of four sons: Bryan, Joshua, Luke and Mark. The company was started after the first two boys, hence the name “BRY-JO”.
Michael began his career in the roofing industry as an installer in 1986. In 1998 he became an Estimator and Project Manager for a local general contractor who specialized in insurance losses. He obtained his adjusters license in 1998 and worked as a claims adjuster for two years. While adjusting property claims, it became very obvious to him that people were in need of better service from their contractors. He observed substandard repairs and frustrated customers without repercussion. In 2000 he re-entered the Construction / General Contracting field.
Michael is a certified Contractor (certification #179) with the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas. The Roofing Contractors Association of Texas developed the Certification Program to increase consumer protection and secure the public confidence in the roofing industry by elevating the roofing contractor’s knowledge, skills and professionalism through voluntary self-regulation.”
BRY-JO also received it's Certificate of Registration with the Texas Residential Construction Commission in 2004. Registered Builder No. 15025.
Maria Harris: Vice President, Office Manager and Financial Officer of BRY-JO, is Michael's wife. She is responsible for all business office operations. Prior to her working with Michael, she was a Certified Litigation Paralegal. She also has an employment background in Business Management. Maria has helped BRY-JO become a financially secure and reputable company. She is dedicated to responding to calls and concerns quickly. Maria shares her husband’s commitment to exceptional customer care and service.
 Ronnie Ingram: Ronnie began his construction experience in his teenage years, by assisting his father, who was a plumbing contractor. He is a Viet Nam veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and a former Police Officer in Lubbock for 13 ½ hears. He began working in the insurance property claims arena in 1984, giving him 20 years of experience in that field. During those 20 years, he has worked as a property claims adjuster, catastrophe unit supervisor, quality control re-inspector, and an independent catastrophe adjuster. He has traveled all over the country handling claims and writing detailed repair estimates for damages involving wind, hail, tornadoes and hurricanes. He holds an adjuster’s license in the State of Texas and Oklahoma. He is certified as a Mold Remediator.
Liane DaMommio: Marketing - Liane came to BRY-JO with many years of public relations, marketing and office administration experience. She also has a journalism background. In addition to her work in consumer product marketing, she and her husband owned and operated a grocery store for more than 10 years.
