I can't say enough about the experience we had with Bry-Jo doing our bathroom remodel! From the professional, detailed quote to the final walk through, they were the epitome of professional. Communication was always good so that we knew exactly what to expect each day. The subcontractors impressed with their promptness, skill and attention to detail. UPDATE: Bryjo expertly handled our kitchen and living area remodels about a year later.  A year after that, they replaced our roof.  We are huge fans!

If you're like me, the biggest fear when faced with spending a large sum of money is what you don't know. Does your car really need a new transmission or just some fluid? You don't know, so you have to trust the mechanic is telling the truth. That's why we chose BRYJO to handle a complete, down to the studs, all new everything remodel of our home. We trusted their honesty and integrity and never doubted they were telling us the truth and charging us fairly throughout the nearly year-long process. The work was professional and closely monitored by the owners, making sure everything was done correctly and safely. If something wasn't done right, it got redone. Bottom line: would we hire them again? Yes. Would we recommend them to our friends and neighbors? Yes, and we have. P.S. Highly, highly recommend allowing Maria Harris to work with you picking out all the decorative elements (flooring, backsplash, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, etc.) She is a gem and will go above and beyond to find you that special tile you wanted or the perfect color for your countertop. We were ready to settle for a tile we thought would be fine but she wasn't satisfied and kept searching until she located something we loved. BRYJO proved to be different from every contractor experience we've ever had, and that's definitely a compliment. If they said they would be there, they were there and on time. Every day our questions were answered in a timely manner, and Maria was amazing at anticipating issues that we might have. She helped guide us through the design process, and helped us to weigh pros and cons for different issues we encountered. Each day the space was cleaned, and we never had to worry about living through it. The project turned out even better than we could've imagined. I really avoid giving negative reviews, but I feel I need to speak up.  We have had Bryjo do several projects for us, the last one being a bathroom, master bathroom, and office remodel a few years ago.  The rooms look great.  Mahlon does an excellent job.  Mahlon gets 5 stars.  However...we've had several plumbing issues in both bathrooms.  We initially called Michael out for one leak, the plumber found nothing wrong & our daughter was blamed for not taking a shower properly (she takes baths only).  We got another plumbing company who found and fixed the problem.  We've had electrical issues since the remodel. Now, after replacing our HVAC this week, we discovered the AC return vent we were charged $830 for by Bryjo leads to nowhere.  It was not connected to anything.  $830 for a pretty hole and vent cover (Not Mahlon's work).  Yes, initially everything looked incredible, but now having lived in the space and having completed multiple projects with a different company I know what is good work and what is "good enough".  I have more examples, but I'm ready to put this behind me. I'm truly sorry to leave a negative review, but things just keep popping up and I just want to make people aware.  I will say, Bryjo did a new roof for us years ago & they were great with roofing.  A star for Mahlon & a star for the roofers.

We’ve used BryJo for years and have great respect for them and their team. They always do a great job and are quick & responsive in their service as well. Great value and long-term partners….
