This award-winning kitchen and living space transformation reimagined the heart of the home by removing multiple walls and creating a seamless open-concept floor plan. One of the project’s greatest design challenges was preserving the home’s existing built-in dining room buffet while integrating it into the newly expanded kitchen. Through thoughtful planning and custom cabinetry design, the buffet became a natural extension of the kitchen, maintaining its character while enhancing functionality. The remodeled space now flows effortlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating an ideal environment for entertaining and everyday living. Rich wood cabinetry, expansive countertops, custom storage solutions, and a large gathering island provide both beauty and practicality. A dramatic stone fireplace serves as a focal point in the adjoining living room, while improved sightlines and natural light make the entire home feel larger, brighter, and more connected. The result is a stunning, cohesive space that blends timeless craftsmanship with modern open-concept living.
