Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the construction industry is a MUST.

  • Working knowledge and ability to repair issues with carpentry, demolition, drywall, basic electrical, flooring, kitchens and bath remodeling, painting, basic plumbing, pressure washing, roofing, windows, and doors
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to adhere to timelines.

Salary and Benefits:

Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and organizing and preparing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are priorities. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and an inclusive culture, maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients warmly and ensure a friendly atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments and oversee the appointment calendar for external staff.
  • Update and verify client information in the system.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and other correspondence.
  • Process client, subcontractor, and in-house paperwork efficiently.
  • Safeguard client files and uphold confidentiality.
  • Train and mentor administrative staff.
  • Accurately prepare and process invoices and payments.
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries and property insurance-related concerns.

Qualifications:

Project Manager (Residential Construction/Remodeling)

BRY-JO Roofing and Remodeling is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the residential construction and restoration industry, with the ability to contribute to the growth of the organization. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and dynamic environment that is laser-focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage residential construction and remodeling projects from initiation to completion.
  • Completely project manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production, quality control, and budget percentages meet company standards.
  • Coordinate internal pre/post-production efforts and assist customers through the insurance claims process if applicable.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of job sites and facilitate pick up and delivery of materials as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring that project delivery meets quality and budgetary standards.
  • Manage multiple personalities in the field from client expectations and employee/subcontractor quality realization.
  • Effectively brief and communicate with clients, peers, staff, and leadership.
  • Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with 2-3 years of Project Management experience in a related field. Note: While a degree is preferred, life/work experience speaks volumes to a candidates capabilities
  • Qualified Remodeler, capable of running multiple projects at a time, ranging from kitchen remodels, to room additions.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, specifically JobTread.
  • Practical hands-on experience in multiple trades is a plus
  • Experience in managing multiple personalities in the field from client expectations and employee/ subcontractor quality realization. 
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented.
  • Capable of pulling a trailer with a company truck.
  • Possesses great time management skills.
  • Commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb roofs, and ladders, and work in various environments.
  • Valid Texas drivers license.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
